ALEXIS SCOTT-BOSTER
Mathematician
Alexis M. Scott-Boster is a Triple E: Educator, Entrepreneur, and Engineer. She currently works at Raytheon as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer. She was instrumental in getting Raytheon Technologies listed as a Trusted Integrator for Commercial Solutions for Classified program of NSA. She has been the technical lead for a major Raytheon Program for over 7 years. For 3 years, she was the Section Manager in Dallas, TX of the Systems Security Engineering Group (CyberSecurity). She has been teaching Mathematics for over 30 years including 18 years as a college professor. She has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Spelman College and a graduate degree in Mathematics from the University of North Texas. In addition to these responsibilities, she founded the company AMS Academic Solutions (an educational services company) to share her gift of numbers and educations that she has possessed since an early age.
